Had an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel is nice little.

The room was spotless and functional with toiletries, large wardrobe, I felt comfortable there.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet und die Ausstattung hochwertig. Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns gefehlt hat. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir auch die Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer im 15. Stock. Die Lage des Hotels im Medienhafen ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Clubs in der Umgebung. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Der Service war immer zuvorkommend und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Alles war in Ordnung.

The staff are attentive and amiable. Also, the location is excellent and absolutely perfect, minutes from a grand boulevard. It is nestled in a great area so close to the major sites and museums, and shops and restaurants.

Really had wonderful stay for 1-2 nights. Fairly clean place, affordable prices, amiable and helpful staff. Booked a tidy room with a bedroom and bedside table, for instance. Central location, at a medium distance from Preciados Street. Positioned 16 miles from the airport.

It's exceptionally comfortable and excellent hotel at a great price. The rooms are clean and functional with fresh towels and toiletries and the staff are lovely.

The property was clean and staff was really kind and great. We were offered guest room complete with bathroom and about the same quality, for instance.

loved the central location, close to all the main attractions, and the comfy rooms with a powerful shower. Staff were helpful despite limited English. The wifi was incredible and great value for money. Highly recommended, exceeded my expectations during this celebrating birthday.

At first impression what I didn`t like they have no breakfast but after get the hotel, I realize tha was the best and cheap bakery just on the ground floor next to it. Opening very earling and closing very late.

Location was great and the daytime staff was very helpful in arranging tours, shows etc. The room was great for the price but it was certainly not luxurious. Overall it was a terrific stay.

Bed was hard, wifi wasn't working well in the room I was in, and you could hear the noises from outside,

We had a great stay at a centrally located hostel. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help, even assisting us in the middle of the night when my brother needed medicine. The tourist attractions were all within walking distance, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning and wifi worked perfectly, and there were convenient shops and eateries nearby.

Couldn't fault it! 😊
